to move up and down
On my way to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
So today I leave Sing Sing and head to Kuala Lumpur. Im excited about this leg of the trip cause I feel like I’m going to meet some cool folks in the hostel and KL seems like a cool place. Ill keep you posted.
Made it to Singapore
After 25 long hours finally made it in to my friends house. First thought, its extra warm and its only 5am. Second thought, where’s the food Im starving, third thought I need to force my self to sleep before jet lag kicks my ass tomorrow! But the city is very modern, Im looking forward to exploring in the am.

Something every make you happy but you cant quite understand why it makes you feel so good. For some people its Cold Stone’s strawberry cheese cake ice cream, hot chocolate in the middle of summer or watching some one smile you don’t even know. For me its this picture. It wasn’t taken during a great experience, its not one of my favorite places but when I see it I hear, “Today Was a Good Day” by Ice Cube playing in the back ground. “No barking from the dogs no smog and momma cooked breakfast with no hog…”.
I hate taking a good picture and for some reason the light reflector or flash creates hot spots (aka specularity) on a person. It happened to me last week. I was doing some head shots for some ones scholarship package and it was blazing hot day with a beaming sun. The shoot was out side in a shadowy area but the shadows covered half her face so I used the reflector and it did its job a little to well. Any ways heres an very helpful tutorial on from youtube for removing specularity in a photo.
They say a pictures worth a thousand words. Im going to estimate this picture at two thousand. Its interesting how as men we cringe at the thought of marriage; not every man but a significant amount. This picture made me smile for at least ten minutes cause it captured how even the prospect of being next in line for marriage is enough to make a guy frown. Turn that frown up side down it cant be that bad or can it?
